"Not if done correctly although I would advise a fully permeable resin system if budget allowed."

"Yes because the sub base will always move no matter what even ever so slightly. I’d go for either block pavings or resin bound."

"It is mostly happened when base is not solid and screeding properly or no good quality material"

"No as long as they have expansion joints in them they should not crack"

"Yes they are if they’ve not had the structural stress fracture expansion gaps installed. Concrete will move with the land beneath it and should move with the expansion joints if installed correctly."

"Yes if it's not layed to a depth of 6 or 7 inches and the foundation has to be solid"

"Imprinted concrete driveways, on the other hand, typically only last up to years. Interestingly, the reason for their shorter lifespan is also the reason they are so popular: the process involves a single layer of concrete, poured on a sub-base. It's quick, easy, affordable."

"It will if sub base isn’t thick enough. So go for bounded and make a real good base should be fine remember everything cracks. At some stage so plenty of years on should be good for that ."
