How thick should a shed base be?

I'm planning to lay a concrete base for a 10x8 foot shed. How thick should the slab be, and does it need any reinforcement or just basic concrete?

150mm compacted hardcore and then flagged.
Or 100mm minimum of reinforced concrete

Hi there go over board 200mm ,
Put re bar in it you will get the re bar from any local building  suppliers ,

Better goung over board & you wont ever have to come ba k to it again
