How thick should a shed base be?

I'm planning to lay a concrete base for a 10x8 foot shed. How thick should the slab be, and does it need any reinforcement or just basic concrete?

"Hi there go over board 200mm ,
Put re bar in it you will get the re bar from any local building suppliers ,

Better goung over board & you wont ever have to come ba k to it again
