How much wallpaper do i need for a 10x12 room

The paper I like has a repeat, so I don't think that a straight square-metre calculation is enough? I'm ordering this online so I can't race out and get more if I'm short when I start doing the job, but don't want to waste cash I don't need to!

"you will likely need 6 to 8 standard double rolls of wallpaper, assuming roughly 50-60 sq ft per double roll and including extra for pattern matching/waste"

"If a paper has a repeat

Small repeat 25 cm add 10% extra
Medium repeat 25-50 cm 15-20%
Large repeat 50 cm 25-30%
Pro tip from decorators
When ordering online:
Always order one extra roll if it's a feature wall or patterned paper.
Different batches can vary slightly in colour (batch lot numbers), so buying later can cause issues.

"For a room standard ceiling you will require between six to eight double rolls. Approximately square feet for double roll"

Nothing worse than not having enough"

"With wallpapering I would buy 12 rolls. Keep the receipt. And return whatever rolls I don't use"

"For a 10foott by 12foott room with standard 8foott ceilings and a medium to large pattern repeat wallpaper, you’ll realistically need 9 rolls minimum. Because repeats create extra waste and you can’t buy part rolls, it’s safest to order 10 rolls to avoid running short and ensure consistent pattern matching throughout the room."

"For a 10x12 ft room, calculate wall area (perimeter × height) and add 10–15% for pattern repeat and matching. Most rolls cover 30–35 sq ft, but check the repeat length. Order extra for mistakes or future repairs. Measure carefully, account for doors/windows, and buy slightly more than basic calculations."

"if you have a strong pattern on the wallpaper, you’re going to need five rolls you get four drops to each role of wallpaper between four and five rolls you would need depending on the pattern. This is a rough estimation of what you need. Need to see pictures of the room."
