"The sleek design and slim profiles increase the amount of daylight that enters your home. Available in 8 symmetric and asymmetric sizes, three variants all with double and triple glazed options to suit your home and needs. 3k to 5k

EPDM Membranes
All our RubbaSeal EPDM membranes comes with a fantastic 20-year membrane gaurnetee The value for money with EPDM membranes is much higher, despite the slightly higher cost in comparison to older flat roofing solutions. EPDM rubber roofs are far more durable, weather-resistant and easier to install than your typical older bitumen-based systems. £2.4k to £5k"

"It would all depend on the material you used to replace it as there are various new flat roofing systems and it would also depend on the price or rate your chosen tradesmen would charge per square metre."
