How much to change toilet overflow type?

How much will it cost to change our toilet overflow? It currently drips outside but it's where we'd like to put our patio. How much will it cost to change to an overflow that feeds back into the toilet?

"It would depend on type of flush system you already have installed. And whether it is a ceramic cistern or a plastic one and the finish that is required. I'm afraid that is the best I could advise without seeing the problem."
