We're looking at buying a house which has had smokers living in. How much are we looking at to fix this if we went through with bidding for it?

That’s a tough one to answer as I don’t know how bad it is while a deep clean would get rid of the smell the likely hook would be the property would need decoration 
To answer question a three bed one bathroom property on a deep clean we would charge £350
