Someone's sprayed the side wall of our house. What would a professional charge to get it off brick without damaging the pointing?

"Most paints would come off by using brick and mortar cleaner available off the shelf but sometimes of the paint is harsh you may need to use professional cleaning agents and scrub off with a brush. Alternative a jetwash would be able to clean it off. But again all depends on the king of paint"
