    Builders

I’ve read that it can take up to eight weeks for planning permission approval. How long does it actually take on average?

"If you include the drawing of plans, related surveys, and application submission, around ten weeks. For a full application.

Permitted development is a different process and depending on the chance of issues with the local authority it is possible to start construction before full approval."

"If you do it through a council it might take 2 to three months. However, privately will only take 3 to 4 weeks."
