"If the wall is already stripped and ready to go ahead professional decorator should complete the job within the day. If the old wallpaper/ woodchip needs to be removed then this would take an extra day."

"1 Day maximum if you have a good decorator he will know what he will do properly"

"Wallpapering a single feature wall is usually a half‑day project. For a straightforward wall in good condition, the actual hanging of wallpaper typically takes 2–3 hours. If the wall is larger, has alcoves, sockets, or a bold pattern that requires careful matching, allow closer to 4 hours.

It’s also worth factoring in preparation time—about 30–60 minutes to clear the space, smooth the wall, and measure/cut the paper. A professional decorator will often complete the whole job in one visit, while a DIYer may take a little longer.

In short: expect 2–4 hours of work plus prep, making it a manageable half‑day task that can quickly transform the look of your room."

"A feature wall as long as it’s prepped correctly should take around 5 hours to complete"

"Hi mate your it all depends on the state of the wall you are wall papering, if no filling sanding stripping (prep) to the wall is required, and size of the wall your looking at a couple 3 hours, but most will charge a day rate hope this helps"

"If the room is in good shape and the wall is bare, the wallpapering itself is a one-day job — steady, simple, nothing dramatic. But if there’s old paper clinging to the wall and the whole thing needs stripping and smoothing, then you’re looking at one to two days in total. That’s the honest measure of the work."
