How do I lay underlay on concrete floor?

I need to lay underlay in a downstairs flat but the floor is concrete. I'd usually staple it down which I, of course, can't. What's the best way of securing it?

"Measure or lay out the underlay just slightly over the gripper at one of the ends (if you have a straight factory edge first - if not both ends).

Spray flooring adhesive on the concrete at one end and onto the underlay. Put the underlay down, press down to ensure its stuck well.

Then walk down the underlay by shuffling your feet (don't do it too hard but enough to stretch it slightly).

Then repeat of spray both underlay and concrete.

Trim underlay with a sharp straight blade against the gripper bars.

Repeat as neccessary."

"Hi, get yourself a tin of spray adhesive and spray the ends before sticking one end down and then push flat to the other end and stick.
Hope this helps."
