How can I tell how effective a fire-resistant plasterboard is? Is there, perhaps a scale of how resistant they are to fire?

"All fire-resistant plasterboard has to conform to basic standards that have been set for the system in question.
All plasterboard has somewhat of a fire protective barrier, fire-resistant board has a more dense nature and additives to increase the fire block time, which is mainly how it’s gauged.
Any specific area needing fire protection should be double boarded with 12.5mm to allow around one hour fire protection, for example if a partition wall, part-e, and both sides have two layers this will allow around two hours fire protection."
