Hot water issues

Question

Hi, I first noticed when running the hot tap on the bath the tap in the kitchen would start dripping, but stop immediately when the bath tap was turned off. Then started noticing a groaning noise when using hot water on any tap, now the shower will only run hot, no matter where you turn it. Not sure if this is all related or separate issues?

The kitchen tap dripping when the bath hot tap is used, the groaning noise with hot water, and the shower only running hot could all be caused by pressure problems, a faulty valve, or a failed shower cartridge/mixing valve. It may also involve the hot water cylinder, expansion vessel, pressure reducing valve, or a partially blocked mixer tap. sorry it not a clear answer i would get the shower mixer changed first there's a thermostat in there witch has probably failed then go from their

It is possible that a loose pipe joint or airlock issues may be contributing to the problem..
