Is an 80 litre cylinder big enough to provide hot water to two bathrooms?

"This Entirely depends on usage and reheat times of the cylinder . You wouldn’t fit a small cylinder from new with two bathrooms. I’d fit at least a 150l cylinder with a fast recovery heat exchanger inside if it’s an indirect type. If it’s a direct type then 200l"

"It would all depend on how many occupants there are in the property but ideally you would want 150L minimum to avoid running out of hot water."

"I would recommend around 200 litres or more, as 80 litres would barely fill a single bath."

"Not really. Typically 50/70 litres of hot water per person per day, so add up number of occupants to calculate volume required. Normally I provide 250+ litre cylinder for 2 bathroom homes"
