Herringbone flooring cost supplied and fitted

We would like engineered oak herringbone through the hall and living room, roughly 30 square metres. What should we expect to pay per square metre for fitting, given the pattern takes longer to lay?

"Hi Beverley, the cost for fitting an engineered oak herringbone floor would differ depending on the prep work needed for the floor, type of system the boards are and shape of the room. As a standard, for a click system board we would be charging £25 per square meter, if we had to ply the floor before laying boards that would be an extra £10 per square meter."
