Grouting loose in bathroom floor tiles

I have a problem with grouting coming loose from bathroom floor, the bathroom was fitted two years ago and have had to call back fitter twice as grouting is coming loose, now called out a third time and he is saying the joist are moving causing the problem.

The house was built in 2016, it is a wet room shower with a protective tray underneath shower to reinforce it, the grout is only coming lose where there is traffic in the room.

Have you any ideas or a soluion?

"If tiles are not coming loose i would definitely give a good flexible grout like mapei flexible a go. If could be due to a number of factors, whether that be movement, poor installation or just something small like th wrong grout for the job. Some new builds do have a lot of movement but generally tilers use flexible grout. He maybe have do e a good job and just needs flexible grout. If tiles where coning loose then this would cause concern"

"If the joist where then problem you would see issues with the plastering on the ceiling below the bathroom, however there’s 2 other alternatives it could be that the grout is cheap and not enough put in the joints, second tiles could have movement if so then this can be due to incorrect base preparation such as if they have laid on wood ect"

"Hi,
Cannot ask what preparation before tiling was done?
There could be issues with how the bathroom floor was tiled in the first place. Another issue could be the type of grout that was used, it needs to be a flexible grout to allow for some movement. Are there any hollow sounding areas under the tiles?"

"Try using a flexible grout or is possibly there's movement in the tray( not fitted correctly."

"It would be the best to clean it and reapply the ground to keep it stable.
Your grouting loose because the mixture was to wet. It didn't bond properly .
To much water was added to the mixture."

"Hello was the floor levelled before tiles laid.
As in covering or plywood or a self levelling latex put down. .
Also were any loose floorboards fixed before being tiled over ?"
