garden extension with an area of 15 square metres

On average, how long does it take to have a garden extension built with an area of 15 square metres? Are there any other time affecting factors other than the scale of the extension that I should consider?

"There are many factors to consider, including the ground, surroundings (i.e any trees etc). If there were no complications for a single story of this size it would take approximately two weeks with skilled tradesmen."
