"This depensed on the strength of your wall. some vanity floating units can be heavy and will need a strong fixing. The weight of a floor unit will be held by the floor and fixed to the wall to stop it toppling forward. A lot safer installation. However, the design of a floating vanity unit is increasingly popular in the modern bathroom compared to a more traditional unit."

"A wall hung unit’s weight is by definition borne by the wall (not floor, although you can get wallhung units with support “legs”) and as such will be as secure as the fixings installed allow, or by the strength/type of wall fixed onto. If you are intending to fix this type to a pure plasterboard stud wall then I would recommend building a secure frame into that wall first to ensure that the fixings connect with that structure, and not rely solely on the plasterboard for support. Even the best plasterboard wall anchors could be insufficient. As some units are very heavy. With floormounted units obviously the floor needs to be sound, and as long as that is the case, there should be no concern over toppling. That said, many will also have some sort of facility to fix to the wall as well. To provide extra stability."

"it depends on the wall if supports can be mounted. it is better on the wall because the water on the floor would not come into contact with the furniture"

"Hi! It depends how often do you use it? If you use usually it’s better wall hung bath"
