"Hello
Tile reglazing is a surface refreshment process. It has a few stages you start of with:
1) cleaning the surface of grease, dirt, oil, and soap.
2) after the tiles are prepped: chips, cracks are masked and repaired. Then you acid etch the surface.
3) now you deglaze the surface.
It is a cheaper option than putting in new tiles.
It gives a brand new look to the tile."
