    En suite bathroom

    Bathroom Specialists

Hi! Iā€™m just in the process of purchasing a 4 bedroom semi-detached house. Iā€™m wondering how feasible in general it would be to add a bathroom to one of the bedrooms and the approximate cost?

"All depends on the location of the bedroom you are wanting to turn into a bathroom in regards to connecting onto existing pipework or having to completely re-route. Would be difficult for anybody to give an approximate cost without seeing it as there are alot of components in a bathroom alone, let alone building a complete new one."

"There are a lot of factors to take into consideration when adding a bathroom to a property, but as a rule anything is possible.
Also your location will have a huge bearing on the overall cost.
In the south east you would be looking anywhere between Ā£15k - Ā£45k depending on specification."
