Does rendering the outside of your house affect its breathability at all?

There are new types of render now though that are fully waterproof

No it shouldn't effect the breathing of the house as you have vents and different systems in place to help your house breathe but it will seal your house and help with damp and heat of your house

No it dnt as long as u haven't got cavity insolated, Coz that will cause damp, if anything it will give better protection and less chance of getting internal problems

No it dosnt as most material r breathable but may cors damp if not done correctly
