Do roofers work in the rain?

I’m trying to plan some roof repairs and was wondering how rain affects things. Do they usually delay the job or just get on with it?

Yes some roofer work In the rain especially if the job is to repair a roof that has the felt failed so we do sometimes work in the rain to help the home owner prevent leaks
