Disposing of a diseased tree

Are there any restrictions on disposing a diseased tree? Can a tree surgeon remove a diseased tree that's already uprooted?

No there isn't as long as it's disposed of at a proper recycle site and yes a tree surgeon can as long as it isn't fly tipped

Yes should be no issues I just told the staff at the site and they put it in a separate area

Yes you can dispose of any diseased tree. However it is fully recommended that all tools and equipment is cleaned to avoid any cross contamination.

Yes can remove a diseased tree ,just need to notify the greenwaste site the tree may be contaminated. 

Then normally have a seperate bay for contaminated Vegetation

As long as there’s no TPO and doesn’t need to be reported. Or is unsafe to homeowner or public then yes can be removed.

Yes this tree can now be removed,just inform the place where it’s being disposed.

yes the tree can be removed if it is diseased as long as you inform where it is it can be thrown away as long as there is no TPO and it must not be reported or being unsafe to the owner or the public.
