Deep cleaning a guest house

I have just taken over a small guest house and was wondering how long it would take to deep clean the kitchen and four bathrooms please? I'd like to get it done before peak season and need to see if I can squeeze it in between bookings.

"You are looking at 6-8hrs, alwsys starting with the bathrooms then kitchen last. Although if includes an oven, go in the kitchen 1st spray the oven so can be soaking and put the trays and racks in oven pride bags, the longer they are left soaking the easier everything comes off. Then go to the bathrooms and come back to the kitchen."

"In my experience I would advise approximately 2 hours for the Kitchen and an hour each bathroom varies size and condition but should do the job"

"Hi Pete, it of course depends on how messy it is and what the bathrooms have in them as shower screens take longer. I would say between 3 and 4 hours."

"As a cleaning business owner I have done many deep cleans and I always allow myself an hour per room… maybe a little longer for a kitchen especially if the oven needs doing too. Good luck"

"Guest house cleaning can depend on how messy/clean the guests leave things. As a guide a normal turnover clean takes roughly 2 hours for a 2 bed property, 3 hours for a 3 bed and 3.5-4 for a 4 bedroomed property. This is only a rough guide, for a deep clean I usually say to double the time of a normal turnover clean. Hope this helps. Abi"

"It depends with the materials and equipment you are going to be using really. The other considerations are the amount of residue (dirt) needing cleaning and also how competent the cleaner is and lastly the sizes of the rooms . For a professional its about 4 hours at least using right equipment and materials
