The fitting work is not good quality. There is no fixed distance to the wall at all, which cause the the floor edges are affected by the different irregular unfitted grooves. The toilet is also with the similar issues. The groove beneath french door is from 1.5cm to 2.5cm which I had never seen such kind of the installation work. Some planks are damaged and not be fixed up after the fitting. The door frame was left with a 6mm distance from the floor. I think the floor fitting definitely can be done much better than this. The fitter didn't clean up the sawdust during the fitting, and the sawdust just left under the LVT planks.

Future flooringFor one you dont have sawdust from lvt. 2 the recommended is to leave 2mm exspantion gap so a gap of 1.5 - 2.5 is correct. You also told us to us the underlay you provided which I recommend you shouldnt as lvt click has built in underlay. The main thing about this job was i have messages saying the skiering board would be taken off before fitting and put back on after.

What can I say. I woukd not hesitate one moment in recommending Richard, outstanding customer service, turns when he says he will, and always goes above and beyond even to the point my builder has let me down now with starting 2 weeks ago, Richard said, don't worry I can take the wall down for you.
