What is the best brand for painting a decking with? Where can I find their paint for decent prices?

I would suggest using no nonsense decking  from screwfix ! Cheap and has over 400 5 star reviews.

Cuprinol is good for decking. My mum lives in a barn house and I recently used black ash for her balcony.

B&Q have a vast range of external oils and stains for decking.
They have all main brands

It's not always the brand it depends on what the job requirements are for instance you could be staining for uv protection or wanting to use a colour and usually you can find best prices for most stuff online
