"Hi Paul, depending on the age of the UPVC door the glass can come out and new seals can be put in, glass put back in and beads put back on. If it's a really old UPVC door then probably best to change it as the new UPVC doors are very water tight. Yes all new UPVC doors and windows should have a trickle vent to allow a small amount of air flow and prevent condensation. Without looking thats my advice. Many thanks matt"

"There must be air getting past the seal the seal must be changed or if there is any adjustment on the door to get the seal to do its job"

"If you are getting damp at the side and underneath the door yoy could try re sealing the door. Is there adequate ventilation in the kitchen as that could also be an issue. If you replaced the door you can get vents in it."
