Cost to replace creaky bathroom floorboards

The floorboards in our upstairs bathroom creak quite badly and one of them has a bit of bounce to it. How much should it cost to have them properly fixed or replaced?

"It all depends on how many need replacing and the size of your bathroom. Also are the creaky boards under any ceramics like your toilet or sink as they’d need removing before the floor can be repaired."

"Depends whether the whole room needs replacing the floor boards or just the creaky ones, if it is the whole bathroom it could cost around £300 to £450"

"Something like this can be a can of worms. if the bouncy board is somewhere near where pipes exit the floor for say a radiator for example then it’s more than likely the plumber has not put any support in for the boards they cut (common problem) however if on investigation it turns out worst case scenario joints is rotten due to bad leaks over time they will need sistering or strengthening somewhat. Hard to say until you remove the boards to investigate. If it’s the first then maybe £60-£80 including materials the later will be a lot more"
