How much does it cost to move an exterior door from the side of the house to the back including the brickwork, lintels and doors?

hi, could you send me some pictures of the house and the places where you need to sweep and mount the door.  I need to see what the house is made of!  .  you need to consider if you don't need structural plans for this job

around £ 1.850 will need to  support wall to the side of property  to remove lintel  rebrick side wall  of house make good pointing etc.  back  of property support wall fit lintel  fit door make good brickwork pointing etc .

Depending on what bricks it is I’d say your looking at around £1500 for a decent job, a new back door with a max budget of £200 if needed if the old one is not reusable so £1700 maximum.

In response to your question Christian, there are many variables here so more info reqd. I.e is it solid wall or cavity? facework or rendered?is the original doorway being infilled? What is the extent of making good internally? Are you using the original door & frame or a new one?

I say around £1400 Mark to cut a new opening tooth out and e do the halves up the new reveal , install a lintel, Re fit the door , Brick and block old opening with some insulation, plaster board and skim inside ready to paint .

It has many factors like , door size , where it's situated , type of door , lintel required to suit etc
