Cost for underfloor heating?

We are buying a house, and are interested in seeing if it's in our budget to put in underfloor heating in the main rooms downstairs. The family room is 22x16, Kitchen is 14x10 and the downstairs bedroom/bath is 21 x 8. Thanks in advance.

"Hi Jean,
It all depends on what you're looking to do with your original floor as it would have to be dug down to put insulation in then the pipework in then screed back on top, always something to look at is to make sure the boiler is big enough to run all of the rooms required for underfloor heating.
Always better to have a look at the job and talk about what is required exactly.
Thank you."

"You will need a visit to establish if the boiler is OK and to plan out a route for pipes and manifold not seeing site cost between 4.000 and 10.000"

"Around £100 per sq m as a rule and thumb. Depends on insulation factors"
