Converting laundry room into an ensuite

We are looking at converting our downstairs laundry room into an ensuite. The room used to be a bathroom so plumbing and drainage should already be there. Also need to block off a door and make a new one on the other wall. How much are we looking at?

"It’s difficult to say as a lot depends on the main sewage waste in the house and where it’s situated approx £4-7k"

"Hello there

It would be best to arrange a viewing of the area you would like converting to arrange a detailed quotation it could be anything from £2000 to £6000 depending on what sanitary ware, Tiles etc. That you choose.

I would be more than happy to come and take a look.

Kind Regards

Jamie"

"Hi

Ok so it depends on what plumbing is needed e.g. bath, shower, etc. However as a guide it would cost approx £1800 for the plumbing, blocking the old door up and creating a new door. Tiling would be extra which I can also quote for based on the size of the room.

Any questions don’t hesitate to message me or give me a ring.

Thanks

"Hi.
Depends on fittings and finish required.
But it’s basically no different to doing a bathroom so you should be expecting somewhere between £4K-£6k.
Hope that helps.
