"To keep crackle glaze tiles in great condition, we'd recommend regularly cleaning your tiles with a pH-neutral cleaner. Remember, these are acid-sensitive tiles that tend to easily stain, so you should avoid any anti-limescale products that may dull the surface"

"1. Dust Removal: Start by dry dusting the tiles with a soft brush or a microfiber cloth to remove loose dirt and debris.
2. Prepare a Mild Cleaning Solution: Mix a solution of warm water and a few drops of a pH-neutral, non-abrasive tile or stone cleaner. Be sure not to use acidic or abrasive cleaners, as they can harm the crackle glaze.
3. Test in a Small Area: Before applying the cleaning solution to the entire surface, test it in a small, inconspicuous area to ensure it doesn’t damage or discolor the glaze.
4. Apply the Solution: Dampen a soft cloth or sponge with the cleaning solution. Gently wipe the crackle glaze tiles, working in small sections.
5. Scrub Gently: For stubborn spots or grime, use a soft-bristle brush or a toothbrush with the cleaning solution. Be very gentle to avoid scratching.
6. Rinse Thoroughly: After cleaning, rinse the tiles with clean water to remove any residue. Make sure the rinse water is clean and not soapy.
7. Dry the Tiles: Wipe the tiles dry with a clean, dry cloth to prevent water spots or streaks.
8. Seal (Optional): Depending on the type of crackle glaze and the manufacturer’s recommendations, you may want to consider applying a specialized tile sealer to protect and maintain the tiles’ appearance. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions if you choose to do so.
9. Regular Maintenance: To keep your crackle glaze tiles looking their best, regularly⬤"
