What are class A engineering bricks and how do they differ from class B bricks?

"A class bricks will have clean smooth faces , all bricks will be similar size and shape.class b bricks faces can be not as smooth .length and shape can vary."

"Class A Engineering bricks will offer a compressive strength of 125N/mm² or more, and will absorb less than 4.5% of water. A Class B brick however will offer compressive strength of more than 75N/mm², and will boast water absorption of less than 7%."

"Class a is load bearing of 125n/mm2 and class b is 75n/mm2 so class a is much stronger normally used underground and class b normally above ground but I wouldn't use class b because they seem to blow and crack in the winter"
