  • Access issues with wall-mounted taps

I like the idea of wall mounted taps for my bath, but they look like they'd be hard to access if there's a leak or other issue. How do they work in terms of maintenance?

Change from Electric to Mixer Shower

We have a standalone electric shower that has stopped working. We believe this is due to the electrics or the coil as there is no water coming out from the wall mounted box. We ideally would like to change the electric shower to a traditional mixer shower, but we would like to know whether we need a plumber or an electrician or both to complete this job? Or is it simpler just to change to a new electric shower and have an engineer come out and replace it?

How can I fix a stuck bleeding radiator valve?

Hello, I have a radiator which seems to have a stuck bleeding valve. I want to let some air out, but the valve won't budge. There has been no change to the radiator itself or how we’ve been using it recently, so I’m not sure what could have caused it to be so tight recently. Are there any usual causes for the valves getting stuck? Could I fix this myself?
