Painting twenty fence boards in London
I have twenty fence boards in my garden that need to be painted. I am located in London. How much will it cost me to hire a professional painter to perform this job? Also, I have a pet dog who loves to spend time in the garden? We can keep her inside when the paint job is taking place but once painting is finished, how long after should we wait before letting her back outside? She’s very curious so I’d just be worried that she might start sniffing it or taste it just after a fresh coat of paint has been added!

I've just painted a bedroom and there's a horrible sour smell coming from the walls. The paint was bought a while ago. How long will this smell last? Do I have to get it off the wall?
Paint peeling after underoat
I recently moved into a new house and started preparing a wall for painting. I noticed the old paint was peeling easily, coming off in large sheets when rubbed. I removed all of the peeling paint, applied an undercoat/primer, and then painted the final top coat. However, the new paint is now peeling in the same way, even after using the primer.
