cost of surveying water and moisture in kitchen flooring

There is water and moisture appearing in random spots along the floor in my kitchen. I think it may be a drainage issue. Are there any ways I can tell? How much will it cost to hire a drainage specialist to survey the issue and figure out whether the drains are the cause of the problem or not?

    Moving exterior drainage hopper

Hello, We are going to be replacing the kitchen and would like to move the back door by replacing a large window with a door and window however there is a drainage hopper right outside where the new door will go and we will need to build steps down to the garden which will go over where the current hopper is. Is it possible to move the hopper to the left by 1m and roughly what costs would be involved? Alternatively is there any way we can build steps over it? Possibly some type of timber decking steps so they sit over the hopper and will allow the sink pipe to go in as well. Thank you
