Can you re-surface a concrete driveway?

Is it possible to resurface a concrete driveway? Why/why not? Thanks!

"Yes you can tarmac over concrete but I’d recommend that if you are looking for a tarmac drive to dig out the area and do it the right way"

"Yes, it would be fine to tarmac you must put a liquid colas bonding before you lay macadam. But depending on how bad concrete is"

"Without looking at it I would no it would be better to take it out and redo it again but like I said it’s hard to diagnose something without seeing it hope this helps"

"Yes, you can resurface a concrete driveway with tarmac or resin if it's not in too bad of condition.
If the concrete is too badly worn then it will need replacing completely."
