Hi Cheryl aco drains / slot drains need to be connected to a main line or soak away or it can cause more problems than enough which would cost a lot more to rectify in the long run

Hello I’d recommend getting a professional in as it can cause more problems if the drains aren’t connected to the right place  it will cause you a lot off problem

Hi, Channel drainage is being incorrectly installed a lot I have come to see. They have been broken into drains and Gullies instead of being  correctly piped up underground to a main line or a soakaway (soakaway's require to be 5 metres from a property and 2 metres from a public highway) . Incorrect installation overtime can cause subsidence, rising damp or damage to the proeprty. It would be best to have it installed by a professional.

Hi totally agree with  last answered question any groundworks not done correctly concerning drainage can potentially have catastrophic events happen to your property that costs thousands in the long run best left to the people that no best even if I gave a tip it would not be a good idea to a novice as this isn’t a diy job involves falls mixing concrete and drain connections. All what a novice would not understand about

Yes you can it’s not that hard just remember witch way your fall is and most will have arrow on the side of aco channels for direction
