"House removal costs are usually calculated based on a combination of factors, including the volume of items being moved, the distance they need to be transported, and any additional services that are required.

The volume of items being moved is an important factor because it determines the amount of resources that will be needed to complete the move. This includes the size of the moving truck/trucks and the number of movers required.

The distance that the items need to be transported is also an important factor in determining the cost of a house removal. Longer distances will typically involve higher costs due to the time and fuel required for the move.

Additional factors that can affect the cost of a house removal include the floor that the property is on, the distance from the parking space to the property, and any additional services that are needed, such as packing or furniture dismantle and assembly. Key waiting time, if required, may also add to the overall cost of the move."
