Block paving vs imprinted concrete

I'm debating installing block paving but a friend has suggested imprinted concrete. Which is best?

"Block paving will be better in my opinion it's more pricey but efficient for cars. Concrete overtime will crack and cost more in the long run to repair. Block paving also looks nicer."

"I would recommend block paving as imprinted concrete fades over time."

"Hi Karen,
Always go with a monoblock/ regular block paving over imprinted concrete as it never has the same look after a while. Also with monoblock and regular block paving if they chip you can replace the single block whereas if the concrete cracks then there comes a big problem generally with getting most companies to come back out and sort.it.
So definitely block paving for me.
Regards,
James."

"Imprinted concrete is really nice but if you ever have a service problem like drains broken, water main leaking or gas leak you will have to dig it all up as you can never match it again.
Unless you pay out for new drains, water main and gas to be installed which still isn't 100% going to guarantee the safety of your imprinted concrete in an accident then I would install a nice block paving pattern on your drive as it can be removed and replaced easy and cheap."

"Hi. Block paving and imprinted concrete are both great ways to spruce up your drive way. But personally I would swing towards imprinted concrete simply because it is so much easier to maintain if it is sealed properly then you only need a quick jet wash every other month to bring it back to new. I hope this helps."

"It will be easier and less expensive to repair block paving rather than imprinted concrete.
Block paving drains better than imprinted concrete."

"Imprinted is high maintenance and will need colouring every 5 years. Block Paving with correct installation and maintenance is superior. I would recommend a sealant."

"Block paving is better with the range of blocks available, compared to concrete which is very bland looking."
