Arthur was friendly, diligent and meticulous in his work. Having discovered a crack in my waste pipe he applied a working fix and then arrange to come back to finish the job to a high standard. I am really pleased with the outcome given it turned into a bigger job than initially thought. I would definitely recommend Arthur and will definitely be using him in the future.
