If it’s hand saws then Silky saws are great. Used by professionals.

I agree with the previous answer. Silky are a Japanese company based on Samurai blade technology so the best by far.  They do a range of sectional pole saws as well. But they are pricey. So pricey that you may wish to consider a battery powered chainsaw or Polesworth. Stihl are obviously the best professional saw, but they do a good range of semi professional saws too at reasonable prices.

Simple answer silky are in my opinion the best hand held pruning saw on the market. Expensive but good.😇
