"Probably the tap washer if all other taps are ok might be better off getting a new tap fitted"

"Stuck washer/ debris in the pipe/ isolation valve closed, thermal mixing valve playing up, flexi hose twisted, high pressure tap fitted on gravity-fed system."

"If it's just the cold bath tap then my best guess would be that the rubber tap washer has detached itself from the mechanism that's supposed to hold it in place (the 'jumper'). When this happens the washer keeps the tap in the off position even when you raise the jumper to undo the tap. Water supply needs isolating and the tap head needs to come off to carry out the necessary work."

"Could be a number of things. What's the basin outlet pressure like in same bathroom? Could be bad flow due to blockage. Have someone come out and have a look for you."
