    Architect Waiting Time

If I wanted to hire an architect for a project, roughly how long might I be waiting for them to get on board?

"Hi Beverley, if the architect is free he can be engaged immediately upon you agreeing on a fee and instructing them to start the works. Architects would usually ask for a percentage fee to be paid in advance. Depending on your project what your requirements are the architect can prepare their package usually between 1-3 weeks for extensions and lofts longer bigger projects or for a new build. If you need anything else you can contact us on or
on contact telephone listed on our website and we would be happy to look at your project and help you further.
    Kind Regards
