Architect Waiting Time

If I wanted to hire an architect for a project, roughly how long might I be waiting for them to get on board?

"Hi Beverley, if the architect is free he can be engaged immediately upon you agreeing on a fee and instructing them to start the works. Architects would usually ask for a percentage fee to be paid in advance. Depending on your project what your requirements are the architect can prepare their package usually between 1-3 weeks for extensions and lofts longer bigger projects or for a new build. If you need anything else you can contact us on thebuild-design.co.uk or
on contact telephone listed on our website and we would be happy to look at your project and help you further.
Kind Regards
