Advice about adding a sunroom

How to add a sunroom to the back of a townhouse when the exterior back wall currently contains 2 exterior windows and an exterior door plus a sink and kitchen units, a washer drier, the central heating pipes way in and a small toilet/handbasin area against it.

"You will need a plan designed first. Depending how far out your extension extends this should be cleared under permitted development."

"Sunroom will connect you to the outdoor the exterior door will become the entry into the sunroom. If the exterior door is towards the side of the house then you may want a separate patio door into the sunroom but this will mean moving kitchen units and the other items. All really depends how much you want to spend and what you want to achieve."

To add sunroom ,you need to make project plan first, decide how much you gonna spend in this place .
To do this job properly, need to remove al furniture our appliances ,check all the connections such wires and pipes.

Without more information I can not give more feedback
