"Yes, we fit what's called a sashstop to the frame which allows you to use a key to operate it, but no need for a key if you're on the inside, very secure and easy to use"

"Honestly don't need it as most uPVC doors have at least 3 or 5 multi point locks which would take a. Sledgehammer to get in sleep tight"

"Hi June, no, you cannot add a second lock to the door, but depending on what type of barrel lock you currently have, you could upgrade that to an anti-snap, or even a 1 star or 3 star graded lock. Hope that helps."

"You can change the internal mechanism. To whatever you like however the keeps will have to line up to prevent having holes in your frame from the previous mechanism.

"A three star cylinder will make it secure .

"Hi, short answer would be no I have had to fit electrical mag locks and strikes to upvc but fixings due to the door being plastic it isn't very good. When you lift your handle you should have 2 or 3 bolts that fire out if fitted correctly this should provide a very secure hold. This is called a multi point lock these can be changed but would very much depend on the type of door this can be tricky."
