    We have a very large sloped courtyard. Currently several layers of tarmac, which all needs removing and re-landscaping as rain runs towards the house, not away from it. I need low cost solution ideas. Something that will keep the weeds out, but that heavy goods vehicles can still deliver pallets of manure etc to us, and also parking areas. Someone quoted us £50K-£100K to block pave it all, but we just don’t have that sort of money, and not sure that would solve the rain running like a river at times anyway. Look forward to hearing ideas.

    Hi all, Had a new flat roof installed yesterday but I noticed ponding in the end of the roof so I wonder if it is normal to be like that? Work that was done Strip of the existing flat roof covering and existing timber decking. Supply and fit new 4x2 firing timbers. Supply and fit new 18mm OSB smart ply board. Supply and fit a new 4x2 boarder around the flat roof. Supply and fit a vapour barrier. Supply and fit new 100mm Kingspan insulation boards. Supply and fit new white fascia boards.
