  • push button valve mechanism

What’s the difference between a push button valve mechanism and a siphon mechanism? Why choose one or the other? What are their pros and cons? What would you recommend or does it depend on the property, etc.?

    Are bespoke rugs worth it?

What is a Bespoke rug and why should I buy one? I heard they’re costly, is this true? If so, is it worth the cost or would I be better off buying another product?

    Reconfiguring an extension

Hi, I am in the process of buying a house. The house has been extended, and there is a wall running through vertically through this extension (towards back of house). We are looking to knock out the majority of this wall (imagining need structural engineer, potentially beam installed) We would then be looking at adding in two small rooms (a downstairs small WC and small utility) and add a new kitchen into this. On top of this we will likely need to replace flooring. Given the reconfiguration I also could assume we would need to work with an electrician to ensure we have new sockets in the right places etc. The two rooms to knock through into each other are approx 7.5m x 3.4m & 5.8m x 2.2m Has anyone encountered similar jobs and know a rough ballpark on what I can expect cost wise & anything I haven’t considered? Thanks in advance

    Advice on reed diffusers?

What are some of the best and hottest bathroom reed diffusers rightnow? Any suggestions in mind? Also are these perfectly safe to have in a bathroom? As i don’t want candles just in case because of many fabrics around or if someone slipped and knocked them over. Maybe I worry too much haha but I’d feel more comfortable with just the reeds added. Any good reeds worth considering?
