The wooden floor joints have started to to crack and come lose (also tiler didn't board the floor before tiling ) he said because he was using flexie glue and grout .My question is could I board throughout with 18mm ply and then fit kitchen or will I need to lift all the tiles or can I leave the concrete floor tiled as they haven't budged and lift the wood floor tiles and put thicker ply down to keep it level
