Bridge tile put on my roof without permission

Hello A few years ago my neighbour (terrace property) raised there extension roof and the builder without permission placed the bridge tiles on-top of my roof. At the time I challenged this with the builder and he assured me that the tiles had always been on top of my roof as I had no evidence I let the issue go even thought it has always annoyed me. Recently I found a picture when I first moved into my property showing that the tiles were not on my roof. I don’t want to upset my neighbours but I am not happy with the builder who misled me - do I have any recourse on this issue? Thanks
