My entire wall is damp, will it need replacing?

Hi, I recently cleared out under my stairs and found mould growing along the back wall. After clearing it off with mould spray and bleach, I found in the plaster peeling off in the corner. Using a moisture meter I found it to be very damp at least 1.2m high. Will this wall panel need replacing? I also checked moisture content along the skirting board and I think all of it in the cupboard will need replacing. mAlso, is this question better for a plasterer or a builder? Maybe I'm asking the wrong people!

How much silicon should be used around the edge of a new upvc window?

I hired a window fitter to replace my living room window. He's replaced the window but when he was installing it I felt like he used a lot of white silicon before he covered it with a cover. How much sealant would be too much? Also he used white sealant with a brown frame? Am i wrong in thinking he could have colour matched? Thanks.

    Exterior UPVC door adjustment

I have a UPVC door which closes OK in winter (easier) and is very difficult to close in summer. This is the door mechanism not the door itself. I've had a good look around the door and its not warped, etc. seems to fit the door surround correctly, ie. not dropped, etc. To my view it seems to have been badly installed/set-up/adjusted. I cannot seem to figure out how to correct this / adjust it so it closes easily and correctly. I believe this does not require a new door, just adjustment..!! Wanting someone who can adjust this door..!! Please give a quote..!!

New electric shower or replace with mixer shower?

I've recently bought my first house & the electric shower has started to smell like burning. I've turned it off & won't be using it. I've never had an electric shower before, would it be a costly job to replace the electric shower with a mixer shower? If it matters the shower is at the opposite end to the bath taps. If I was to replace the electric shower, it's a Triton 3+ 9.5 watt. The new ones I've seen in my budget are 4.5 watt, would this have a, lot less pressure than my current one? I'm on a budget & have no idea about these things so which option would be cheaper to install & also cheaper to run long term? Thank you
